Parents and Family (A)

Parents are the backbone and support for any child’s life. They gave you birth. We celebrate a day just on their behalf; to praise them and make sure they feel appreciated for all the hard work they do. Parents have the hardest job on the planet. They spend all their money, time and energy keeping food on the table, a roof over our heads and clothes on our back, all because they love us. I have similar experience with Benjamin Carson in There is No Job More Important Than Parenting; I grew up in a single parent home with my older brother where we struggled to make ends meet and pay the bills before they completely shut off our water. My mother is the strongest woman I know and she is my greatest inspiration to succeed in this world. She continually keeps a smile on her face even during the worst of times. She teaches me about life and whenever I have a problem or just need to talk, good or bad, she is always there to tell me exactly what I need to hear. Even with all that my mom does for me and my brother, it would be more difficult without a little help. My mom is not the only one with a difficult job; what about the aunts, uncles, sisters, brothers, grandparents, and friends? These people have been a tremendous part of my growth and knowledge. I am fortunate enough to receive them in my life to prosper from their wisdom and undying love. They have shaped and molded me into the person that I am today; without the help from my family and friends I would not be writing the words on this page right now. Parents may have an extremely difficult job, but the other people who helped raise us are employees in that job as well.
