My name is Miss Dennis, a creative writing teacher, I try to bring out the creativity in all my students and help them put it into words. Every now and then a student comes back to me and tells me that I inspired them and helped them reach the place they are but one of my students wrote an essay about me called “The Miss Dennis School of Writing.” This was an amazing essay, she about here experience in my class and how it help get to where she is. In this essay she describes in detail how I look and of the ways I thought them how to write and be creative with it. One point in the essay she looks back at this time when she stayed after class to talk to me and we talked about everything. I remember that day like it was yesterday, she started to show here sadness over the loss of her father, who had died a few years ago. I told her “one-day you will write about this. Maybe not directly. But you will write about it. And you will find that all this has made you a better writer and a stronger person”, I am now extremely happy for that day for I have now seen that it has and she written about that day.
